J.SALINAS Presents the FW2025 Collection: “The Lord of Sipán”
One year after its first fashion show in Milan, the J.SALINAS brand, designed by Jorge Luis Salinas, debuts the Camera Moda fashion show calendar with the FW2025 collection, inspired by the theme of “The Lord of Sipán”. This collection is a tribute to Peruvian craftsmanship, with each piece handcrafted by expert artisans using ancestral techniques passed down through time. Each creation is a reflection of the passion and dedication of the artisans, who pour their heart into each stitch, weaving stories of tradition and culture. The craftsmanship not only ensures the uniqueness of each piece, but also celebrates the deep connection between the artisan and the material, making each piece a work of art. The inspiration for the collection comes from the extraordinary discovery of “The Lord of Sipán”, a ruler of the Mochica (pre-Inca) culture whose treasure, composed of gold, silver and precious stones, was found in his tomb in 1987 in the Lambayeque region of Peru. This story of grandeur and wealth is reflected in the details and materials chosen, evoking the opulence and magnificence of a bygone era. The Fall Winter 2025 collection uses alpaca fibers and alpaca cotton, known for their softness and warmth. The color palette is a tribute to the natural beauty of Peru, including shades of petrol green, turquoise, golden yellow, ochre, red, off-white and black. Standout pieces include chunky sweaters, crochet dresses and coats made from alpaca, designed to offer warmth and style during the winter season. J.SALINAS aims to celebrate craftsmanship and culture, bringing Peru to the heart of Milanese fashion. Each piece is not just a piece of clothing, but a story of passion and tradition, inviting you to wear a piece of history. A journey through the beauty of craftsmanship and culture awaits discovery, promising to inspire and captivate anyone who chooses to embrace the essence of J.SALINAS.
